Origins of the concept was founded in Holland with a piece of the company making growth here in Australia and still having a close working relationship. Branding of 'Australia’s Original Oyster Girl' (Stephanie) who started her carrier with the founders of the concept has now made Australia home. Oyster Company Australia show cases premium oysters  from Cairns, Townsville, Whitsunday’s, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Overseas . 
Our aim at Oyster Company Australia is to have a strong foundation, while having the highest standards in quality and training; leaving our clients with a memorable experience with our team.
